This is a great shot. Did you add the skis? I like the contrast between the dull browns of the top and the rainbow of colors on the bottom (skis)
Great shot. You start by looking at the top of the picture: the nice texture of the wood, the oldish window and all. Then you see the skis with all their ugly colorful fonts and damn logos and you just wanna go there and throw them down the cliff!
Good shot, raises feelings. 🙂
Thanks for the visit and the comment 🙂 You have great photos too!
wonderfull composition ..
overall great photo .. 🙂
I love the color (or is it colour) contrast. The repeating patterns and contrast between the vertical and horizontal is a very strong element. Nice work.
Excellent patterns, well spotted.
Indeed, great contrast between old and new. I’m on my crap 800×600 work laptop at the moment, and this shot worked really well being revealed from top to bottom. Nice colourful surprise at the end. 🙂
~xlnt image/subject matter, it really gets me thinking about heading to Colorado this winter to ski again…~
I’ve been perusing all of the wonderful shots on your website and wanted to let you know that I find this one to be particularly striking.
