Your’ve brightened my date. Great colours and a cool photo! I like the effect of the chain around the bench leg. Once you see that, the image takes on a different visual meaning.

I’VE SEEN THIS! I have relatives that live in Salida, and I’ve actually seen this shop. Thanks for bringing up the warm memories…
Amazing colours! If this guys cuts hair like he colours benches … 🙂
Great shot, lots of fun.
Looks like one of those great old shops where the haircut is more of a side-effect of the visit – the intent is to listen to the ballgame and catch up on nieghborhood goings on. Brilliant color!
very nice color! what would be great is if the barbers dress in red white and blue =)
Hi! I’m an italian boy! I’m looking at your very nice photos… Good Night!
I love the colors. I also love the fact that everything is SO American even the chain around the leg of the bench 🙂
This is a great shot, I like the colours and how you have it composed. Old barber shops always have the spindle things, normally revolving when there open!
This is my fathers shop. We have been in the same shop, originally monte’s place my fathers master barber. My father took over the shop and To pay homage to the original owner he always kept the colors. And yes he can cut hair as clean as the color in the photo. It is truly a sight to watch. My family and I painted that shop for the past 50 years.
It’s a great photo and thank you for taking time to capture it.
